Oxford College is a premier career college in Ontario. Established in 2003, it operates in six campus locations across the GTA and offers 24+ well-rounded Diploma programs primarily in healthcare, business and technology.

Their vision is to be the forefront national leader in providing comprehensive education solutions to career-ready learners and citizen-leaders. After 20  strong years, they wanted to tell their story to the world. Rebranding was very much needed at this stage to be noticed and stand out, to be followed, to be admired, to be trusted.

Strategy​

Brand audit and discovery showed that the college was founded on “students-first” and “people before profits” principles. Right from its inception, Oxford has focused on ensuring the overall development of students, beyond just academic grades.

Our team took the lead on this and expanded it further. “Yes, the college delivers career-focused education through industry-relevant programs. They also aim higher, to become the institution of choice dedicated to building and strengthening human capital.”

The future isn’t just about keeping up – it’s about setting the pace. We positioned Oxford College as a game changer for students, the community and even society. The messaging pays homage to the optimistic spirit and determination of each student, faculty and staff at Oxford College – who triumph over every adversary and adversity each day with their fierce and undiminishable grit. Together, they are unstoppable.

Outcome

The campaign was executed across multiple touchpoints. Campus posters and banners, IG/FB posts, print Ads, marketing collateral and the website and ancillary program pages. The communication was adapted to shifting student preferences, especially towards higher education affordability, flexibility of study options and continuously updated program offerings, to align with emerging job market demands.

Especially, the optimised website pages played a critical role in:
